FOODS, PHOTO & INSTAGRAM WHOLE NIGHT RAMZAAN WALK DBF takes you on a specially curated #Ramzaan night walking tour this Saturday Night....cutting across the glitz & lights of Iftaar markets of the Jama Masjid which are a riot of lights, colors, festive gaiety and obviously food! Bringing you this unseen flavour of Ramzaan in Delhi in our annual walk experience starting after 'Iftaar' (breaking of Roza, the daily fast, every evening) and then walking the vibrant markets through the night till when it is time for Sehri (the time of last morning meal before Roza fasting for the day begins).... The perfect time for "F&F" - Foods & Fotography! Experience & capture the essence of how the chaotic streets of Old Delhi slowly transform into sedate zones, as families indulge in hectic bargaining for their Ramzaan and Eid shopping...Then imagine the hushed silences in winding dark alleys, off-the-beaten paths around Jama Masjid...the streets seemingly dozing off by 3:00AM as the markets wind up...the lights dim and the residents go back to their homes...a place of legendary stories, shadowy secrets, mysteries and maybe a ghost or two who haunt the narrow alleys of this "Mughal Princesses' Markets"...broken occasionally by the shouts of teams of young kids who are playing a night cricket match !!!

DATE: 25th June, Saturday, 11:30PM – 26th June, Sunday, 4:30AM CHARGES: Rs 1000/person (Incl of Cultural Heritage walk, Veg & Non-veg Iftaari & Sehri foods and beverages) MEETING POINT: Chawri Bazar Metro Station (Exit Gate#3) Children below 8 yrs go free. From Ages 9-12yrs, it is 50% of charges These charges cover all costs for the traditional food & beverages & 1 bottle of water. Excluding aerated beverages, photography charges at the Jama Masjid and rickshaw commuting costs, if any. ESSENTIALS TO WEAR & CARRY:

1- Dress conservatively to respect religious sentiments of the people in the area and related festivities. 2- Loose, comfortable cotton clothes which covers arms and legs. No shorts/spaghetti tops etc...irrespective of gender. 3- Carry a covering for your head, irrespective of Gender 4- Do wear a easy-to-remove shoe/flip-flops.

HOW TO REACH: We advise you not to drive to the venue, and instead park your cars at the nearest Metro Station on Yellow Line (Gurgaon-Jahangirpuri Track). Chawri Bazar Metro Station is the 2nd station after CP/Rajiv Chowk Station, when going towards Jahangirpuri. Please exit through Gate #3.
